• Once we receive your inquiry, we will call you to discuss your project. In this call we will listen to your design ideas, get measurements and work together to determine if the project is a fit for us.

• Once we have the information, we can put together a free Estimate over the phone, using the specifications provided, and we will e-mail or call you with a price.

• If you agree to the estimate and we are able to do the job, we will then add your project into our schedule and give you an idea of timeline to Fabricate.
  

• Before we begin the project, we will call to Confirm your Interest and confirm that we are able to do the job, get a deposit. We will then begin the Building and Painting process. We will inform you during our confirmation call when we estimate we will be onsite to install (weather permitting). We take no shortcuts ever to ensure the longevity of the product. Each piece is built with care.

• We will contact you ahead of Installation day and keep you informed of the process. Installation can take 30 minutes to multiple days depending on the complexity. We will collect payment in full at the time of installation.
